What we handle

ChurnGuard ingests customer records (usage, billing, support, and contact data) you connect to produce churn-risk scores. These are personal data of your customers (GDPR Art.4) and may include contract / payment context. We do not train public models on your submissions without explicit consent (GDPR Art.6).

Data handling commitments

Lawful basis & minimization — data is processed only to generate risk scores; we minimize retained data and support erasure on request (GDPR Art.5, Art.17).
Encryption in transit & at rest via standard TLS / encrypted storage (GDPR Art.32).
Least-privilege, role-based access; no resale of customer data.
Input isolation — your datasets are kept separate from other tenants.

Compliance posture

B2B data-processor posture: you remain the data controller for your customers' data. ChurnGuard is decision-support and is not a substitute for customer-success judgment or legal sign-off.

Honesty note: ChurnGuard does not guarantee compliance, 100% prediction accuracy, or that you will never miss a churn. Scores are probabilities, not certainties. We do not claim certifications we have not obtained.
